The freshest addition to our brew team, he is affectionately known as 小佃佃 (XTT)! Drawn to the art of brewing, he's all about championing creative and bold new flavours that will excite your palates. 

Outside of brewing, he's an extreme sports adrenaline junkie. So, you'll often find him rock climbing or abseiling down Mt. Kinabalu. Always down for a good time and always up for a couple of pints!
