Join us for a two-hour craft beer appreciation and guided brewery tour where you will get to understand and appreciate craft beers better, and have a personal insight on the behind-the-scene production and packaging of Brewlander beers. The tour will conclude in our Tasting Room where you will get to try our splendid selection of beers on draft (range of beers subject to availability). Beers don't come any fresher than that!!

Day in August is a collaboration beer between local brewers - Brewlander and Alive Brewing. This “rojak” (mixed) style of an ale was created to reflect the rich mixed cultures that represents Singapore, taking inspiration from the different spices and ingredients used in our daily meals.

Loosely based on the witbier style, the beer was made with mixed strains of wild yeast that ferments best at Singapore’s ambient temperature to create interesting tropical fruit flavours. Kaffir lime zest, black pepper corn, coriander seeds were added into the mix to create beautiful soft layers of flavours that is ever familiar to us. Expect refreshing citrus from the kaffir lime, followed by a pleasant mix of subtle spices, and rounded off with a pillowy texture.

Brewlander Freedom our take at Helles, is brewed with premium European Pilsner malts and hopped with modern noble-like varietals such as Green Bullet Pacific Crest. This unfiltered lager celebrates finesse and elegance, showcasing a soft delicate malt profile with a balanced noble hop aroma to create a refreshing and crushable beer.

Hope is when you drink something that makes you excited about tomorrow. Hope will make you think of the tropical sun and citrus groves. Hope is our Summer Ale that's crisp, hoppily refreshing, and perfect for sunny afternoons or balmy evenings by the pool.

We have packed so much hops in this, it scares us just a little. The results are worth it; massively quaffable, citrusy, and a great way to start the evening (or day, we won't tell anyone). Joy is when you have all the flavours in a beer that you can keep drinking, and drinking... responsibly please.

Our brand new Brewlander Love IPA glassware! This specialty IPA glassware is designed for all you hopheads - the round bowl flourishes the varying aromatic profiles of hop-forward beers!

Love explodes with a beautiful tropical medley of pineapple, mango and passion fruit aromas finishing with a long, clean hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is silky and teases with a hint of tartness. This beer's enticing fruity aromas will make you fall in love!

The combination of our use of specialty malts results in a lush full-bodied Porter, showcasing rich coffee and cacao notes, with a hint of elderberry flavour from Willamette hops. Respect finishes with a velvety bitter-sweetness that will have you yearning for another sip!

An IPA on steroids which is dry hopped twice with Mosaic, Centennial and Ekuanot hops, giving it an explosive aromatic whiff and proper kick for all hopheads. Hazy and big @rse juicy, expect yourself to love this bigger version of a Hazy IPA if you liked our NEIPA!

Our first limited bottle release from The Fringe Project Series, this cheeky Gose (Sour Ale) is inspired by a Mango Salad from John's favourite restaurant in Cambodia! You can expect a tropical mango assault on your palate in this refreshing tart beer, complimented with a twist of aromatic flavours from Habanero chili, Basil and Mint. This is truly a unique beer that pushes boundaries and breaks the rules, and something we at Brewlander take pride in!  

Brewer's notes
"We kettle-soured beer with Lacto Brevis culture, which gives it subtle lemony and peachy ester. Mosaic hops were added in the whirlpool and dry-hopped to compliment the tropical notes, before sh*t loads of Alphonso Mango, Habanero chili, Basil and Mint were added to the beer.

The Habaneros are very aromatic in a fruity sense, and add just a touch of bite without being SPICY! Salt was also added to enhance the savoury notes in place of fish sauce in the salad.

 A refreshing ale on a hot day! May we add that the colour is simply lovely!"

One of fan's favourites from The Fringe Project Series, this New England Style IPA is our interpretation of a style that has taken the Craft Brewing world by storm! Our NEIPA is hazy with a pleasant orangey hue, and greets you with a monstrous aroma of a tropical fruit juice and pine needles from Citra and Chinook hops. Generous amount of oats and wheat were used to create a soft silky mouthfeel that is unique and delightful.

Our Xtra Pale Ale is a modern take on a pale ale, and uses extra pale malts which gives a very light malt presence. The idea is to create a clean neutral foundation and sets the centre stage for the lovely Azacca and Chinook hops to express its mango, stone fruit and citrus qualities. Finishes dry and every sip refreshing. You will order the second pint before you know it
